A three-star safety from Florida says he is taking an official visit to Rutgers. The player has a few SEC offers but says the Scarlet Knights are the only ones really recruiting him with regularity at this time. He also addresses whether or not he was close to committing to Rutgers a few months ago, and whether or not he could give a non-binding oral commitment in the near future.
