The 4th annual Martin Luther King Classic, under the direction of RJM Sporting & Events, Inc to be held at Raines High School in Jacksonville, Florida on January 9th and 10th, 2004. The proceeds of this shootout will benefit each high school athletic program with exposure. This tournament is designed to bring exposure to boy's highs school basketball in Florida. The teams participating are Raines, Ribault, Jackson, Bartram Trail, Stanton, Englewood, Wolfson, First Coast, Winter Haven, Miami Northwestern, P.K Younge (Gainesville, Florida), Admiral Farragut Academy (St. Petersburg), Marlboro County & Calhoun County, (South Carolina), Woodham high (Pensacola) and Dr.Phillips (Orlando). These are sixteen of the top teams in the State of Florida amd South Carolina and it’s going to be a stellar event. The tickets will be sold the day of the game at Raines High School for $6.00. Tickets will be issued to each participating team and the tickets that are not sold will be sent back to Raines and sold the day of the game.
