2011 Prospect Video: Ft Pierce Westwood

Fort Pierce Westwood is a program to keep an eye with at least six D-1 prospects who are juniors. The Panthers made the state quarterfinals in 2009 and look to build on that solid campaign in 2010. Today SunStateFootball.com takes a look at a a pair of prospects.

MLB Addophous Gordon

Gordon registered over 150 tackles as a junior showing he is a very active MLB prospect. Gordon possesses good size at 6'0, 215, he can run, and closes well on ball carriers. Gordon plays the game with a physical edge and could easily flip over to offense to the FB position and blow people up. He is sure to attract plenty of interest in the Spring.

DT Demetris Anderson

It was just two years ago that DT Luther Robinson came out of Westwood and committed to Miami. Anderson is another two way linemen that makes plays. At 6'2+, 280 he has the type of size that is coveted in the trenches while having a quality first step. Anderson should emerge as one of the best DTs in the state by the end of his senior year.
