A quick recap of action from across the state for week 7.

TAMPA

Plant dealt Spoto their first loss with a 27-13 win.

ORLANDO

Edgewater defeated previously unbeaten Winter Park 28-14, the Eagles improve to 4-2 on the year.

Dr. Phillips beat Evans 38-9.

Olympia pulled away in the second half for a 33-14 win over West Orange.

SOUTHWEST FLORIDA

Venice forced four turnovers, the last an interception in the closing minutes to hold off Charlotte 31-28.

Manatee RB Chris Carnes 20 yard 4th quarter TD run gave the Hurricanes a 14-7 win over Braden River.

Lely defeated Naples 12-6 in the Coconut Bowl for a key District win.

PALM BEACH

Glades Central shutout Jupiter Christian 34-0

Palm Beach Gardens 13, Seminole Ridge 0

BROWARD

St. Thomas scored 17 in the first and 14 in the third on their way to a 31-6 win over Miramar.

Ely held off Cardinal Gibbons 26-23 to remain unbeaten.

Plantation led 27-0 at halftime and went on to win 39-14 over Dillard.

DADE

Northwestern committed another 5 turnovers, but held on to beat Columbus 15-13.

Booker T Washington remained unbeaten with a 10-8 win over North Miami Beach.

PANHANDLE

Madison County jumped out early and cruised to a 38-21 win over Lincoln.

Catholic beat Escambia 20-10

Pine Forest lost an out of state game to Baton Rouge Catholic 36-28.

JACKSONVILLE

Jackson defeated First Coast 36-3 behind 281 rushing yards.

St. Augustine scored 21 in the 3rd to put Nease away 45-6.

EAST COAST

Treasure Coast shutout Fort Pierce Central 10-0 to move to 4-2 on the year.
