ABOUT THE PLAYER: Spano is an interior line prospect with great strength. He really works hard in the weight room and it shows on the field. He has the athleticism to get a hat on defenders in space and reach the second level. He plays with great intensity and is driven to be the best. He excelled at the Down N Dirty Camp after his freshmen year and this past summer at the Ultimate 100 camp. He has a 4.2 GPA in the class room.

ON THE RECRUITING TRAIL: Spano said, "I really am wide open in terms of recruiting. A lot of guys say that, but I did not grow up with only a few schools in mind. I will listen to any school that chooses to recruit me. I am looking for a combination of great academics and a football program that will make me the best that I can be."

TEAM GOALS: "It is a great to be part of a successful high school program, we have made the playoffs the last two years, but have lost in the first round. We are focused on winning our district and winning some games in the playoffs. I would love to play in Orlando for the state title."
