Here is a look at the 7 toughest Districts in Florida.

REGION 4, DISTRICT 13- 6A: Hialeah, Hialeah-Miami Lakes, Miami Beach, Miami Central, Miami Northwestern, Miami Springs

This District has perhaps the top two teams in 6A in the state in Northwestern and Central. Both are loaded offensively, with an early edge to MNW on the defensive side of the ball. However Hialeah (7-3 in 2008) and Miami Springs (6-3 in 2008) are more than capable of pulling an upset if either of the big guns have a down game. Springs QB Rahkeem Cato and Hialeah RB Jerron Seymour are the 'x factors'.

REGION 3, DISTRICT 10- 5A: Manatee, North Port, Riverview, Sarasota, Venice

Venice is the early favorite, Manatee is on a mission after missing the playoffs in 2008, Riverview is always solid, and the Sailors of Sarasota should be much improved.

REGION 1, DISTRICT 1- 4A: Escambia, Milton, Navarre, Pace, Pine Forest, Tate

Pace and Pine Forest are two of the favorites in 4A, but at least one and perhaps two of the other teams are poised to break out.

REGION 3, DISTRICT 12- 3A: Naples, Lely, Barron Collier, East Lee County, Lehigh, Golden Gate, Cypress Lake

There is a lot of interesting things happening in this district. Naples and Lely play the big 'Coconut Bowl' and add cross town rival Collier to the mix....Collier has been a playoff team in 4A the last two years. A former Naples assistant has taken over at Lehigh, a team with plenty of talent. East Lee has the area's top 1-2-3 punch at RB. Throw in 6 District games and anything can happen here.

REGION 4, DISTRICT 16- 3A: Key West, Miami Edison, Miami Jackson, Booker T. Washington

Booker T. Washington is expected to run away with this one, but Jackson is on the rise, Edison always has plenty of talent, and the Conch's of Key West have been dangerous in the past.

REGION 2, DISTRICT 3- 2A: Astronaut, Atlantic, Cocoa, Cocoa Beach, Rockledge, Satellite, Space Coast

Defending 3A Champion Cocoa moves to 2B and gets a tough district draw with Space Coast, Cocoa Beach, and Astronaut. Rockledge, Satellite, and Atlantic can only get better after rough 2008 seasons.

REGION 4, DISTRICT 8- 2B: Archbishop Carroll, Chaminade, Coral Shores, Doral Academy, Gulliver, Lasalle, Monsignor Pace, Somerset Academy

Pace is the odd's on favorite in this 8 team district. That second spot in the playoffs is wide open with a rebuilding Gulliver trying to fend off Archbishop Carroll, Chaminade, and Doral.
