FEATS OF THE WEEK: Trenton, New Jersey's Sovereign Bank Arena hosted the premier non-holiday boys hoops event in the country with the Primetime Shootout. No. 1 Mouth of Wilson, Va., Oak Hill and eight other ranked teams took part in the four-day action. The top-ranked Warriors flexed their muscles in a 69-53 win over No. 16 Santa Ana, Calif., Mater Dei, then struggled and came from behind to clip No. 15 Philadelphia, Cardinal Dougherty, 62-57. No. 2 Jersey City, N.J., St. Anthony defeated New York state-ranked Niagara Falls, 59-46. No. 23 Rockville, Md., Montrose Christian ripped regionally ranked Philadelphia, Gratz, 57-37; and No. 10 Mount Vernon, N.Y., had surprisingly little trouble with then-No. 16 New York, Rice, 60-48.

Al Jefferson of Prentiss, Miss., exploded for 62 points, 22 rebounds and 11 blocked shots in a 101-74 win over Magee. The 6-foot-9 big man has not yet been held to under 30 points in a game this season. Jefferson signed a letter of intent to play at Arkansas but might opt to make himself eligible for the NBA draft instead.

Highlands Ranch, Colo., ThunderRidge entered the Top 25 for the first time after extending its in-state winning streak to 43 games. The Grizzlies easily defeated league rivals Castle Rock, Douglas County, 80-38, and Parker, Chaparral, 84-49 last week.
