The National Prep Basketball Poll is compiled by national high school sports experts Jamie DeMoney and Jeremy Plowman and a panel of sportswriters. The national Top 25 and regional Top 10's follow with won-loss records through Jan. 25.

FEATS OF THE WEEK: The nation's No. 1 team and four ranked teams from Southern California headlined the one-day Nike Extravaganza at Loyola Marymount University. Top-ranked Mouth of Wilson, Va., Oak Hill got its sixth win over a Top 25 team this season by defeating No. 4 Los Angeles, Westchester, 77-62. Indiana signee Josh Smith led the Warriors with 21 points and 10 rebounds. Westchester was paced by Southern Cal recruit Gabriel Pruitt with 31 points. UCLA recruit Josh Shipp scored 34 points to lead No. 12 Los Angeles, Fairfax to an 84-73 double-overtime victory over Huntington Beach, Ocean View. Portland recruit Marcus Lewis scored 15 points and grabbed 17 rebounds in regionally ranked Long Beach, Poly's 61-56 win over Villa Park.

Bernard Wilkes of Jacksonville, Ribault became the fourth Florida coach to reach 700 wins in his team's 56-46 defeat of Tallahassee, Rickards.

Similarly, Clarence Turner of Camden, N.J., got win No. 700 and is the fourth coach to achieve the feat in his state. The milestone came in the Panthers' 112-65 rout of Haddonfield, Paul VI.

Jameson Curry of Maben, N.C., Eastern Alamance scored a career-high 65 points in a 100-72 win over Elon, Western Alamance. It was the ninth time Curry, a North Carolina signee, has scored over 40 points in a game this season.

Louisville recruit Sebastian Telfair of Brooklyn, N.Y., Lincoln scored a school-record 61 points in a 106-72 win over Telecommunications High.
