"To be honest, I just wanted to make sure I made the right decision," Kemp said. "It was an early commitment but at the time I felt it was right for me and it's where I wanted to go. But after talking with my parents I wanted to see more places and talk with some more coaches. My mom knows best. It's just a do over with everything in recruiting for me. I am still strongly considering USF."
"West Virginia was a great visit," Kemp said. "It's like a family up there and I loved the atmosphere. It's all about the Mountaineers. They just have an outstanding environment. That offense is awesome. I am pretty sure though that they have to work very hard at it."
"The visit to Nebraska was great too. I loved the atmosphere. The fans and environment are crazy. They have a great staff that cares about you as a player and person."
There are several schools still in the hunt for his final three official visits, including one from the SEC.
"Georgia talking with me and that's going real good," Kemp said. "They are still evaluating me. I am also looking at schools to visit like USF, Kentucky, Arizona State, Pittsburgh and Cincinnati. I will set up those others after the season."
Kemp, 5-foot-10 and 190-pounds, has rushed for 1,447 yards and 21 scores. They play Sanford Seminole in the first round of the playoffs.
