Milano Picks Up Pac 12 Offer

2013 Dr Phillips LB/SS Matt Milano picks up a huge offer.

Dr Phillips rising Senior linebacker Matt Milano, who went on his first camp trip of the summer to Boston College and Connecticut this past weekend came home with an offer but not from where he expected.

"Last night coach Lockwood from Arizona spoke to my coach and told him that they offered me a scholarship. They came to see me this spring but I had no idea they were that interested in me. I'm shocked but excited, I'm going to call Trey Griffey to see how he likes it"

Milano was already asleep when his father got the message late last night so he woke up today with the good news today. Milano plans to attend a Rutgers camp session next week and says he plans to make his way out to Arizona this summer.

Milano now has offers from Arizona, Air Force and after a super showing at UConn the Huskies are likely to enter the hunt in days to come according to the staff.
